Your order goes directly to our Printify production partner. Every item is made fresh — never sitting in a warehouse.

Printed & packed
Production takes 2–5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Delivered to you
Depending on your region, standard delivery takes 5–21 business days. Express options available at checkout.
Duties & Taxes — What to Expect
United States: No import duties. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery state.
Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST at checkout. Additional import duties (0–18% on clothing) may be collected by the carrier on delivery for orders over CA$20.
United Kingdom: Orders over £135 are subject to UK import VAT (20%) and potential customs duty. These are collected at delivery by the carrier.
European Union: VAT is applied at the applicable rate for your country. For orders over €150, import duties may also apply. We are working toward full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) via Shopify Markets.
Australia & NZ: GST (10%) applies to all orders. Additional customs duty may apply for orders over A$1,000.
Rest of World: Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs authority before ordering.
Common Questions
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once sent to production we cannot change the address.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We replace or refund any order that arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. No questions asked.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes for USPS. UPS and FedEx express options require a physical address.
Why is production time separate from shipping time?
Every VitalWhys item is made to order via Printify. This means zero waste inventory and your item is printed fresh for you — it just takes a few extra days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Track it at any time from your order confirmation email.
