Agreement to Terms

By accessing vitalwhys.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at any time. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed due to pricing errors.

Print on Demand

VitalWhys products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printify. This means:

  • Production takes 2–5 business days before shipping
  • Items are non-refundable except in cases of damage or defect (see our Refund Policy)
  • Minor color variations may occur due to the printing process and monitor calibration
  • Each item is made specifically for you — please size carefully before ordering

    • User Accounts

    You may create an account to manage orders and wishlists. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately at hello@vitalwhys.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

    Payment

    Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including taxes and shipping. We do not store your full payment details.

    Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping times and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

    Returns and Refunds

    Our full return and refund policy is detailed in our Refund Policy. Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on vitalwhys.com — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and brand assets — is the property of VitalWhys and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

    Prohibited Use

    You agree not to use this site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit spam, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Impersonate another person or entity

    • Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalWhys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
