Our Policy

Because every VitalWhys product is printed specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a replacement:

  • Email support@vitalwhys.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include a clear photo showing the issue
  • We will review your request and send a replacement if the issue is confirmed. We do not require you to return the defective item.

    Wrong Item Received

    If you received the wrong item, email us at support@vitalwhys.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send the correct item immediately.
