Our Policy
Because every VitalWhys product is printed specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or incorrect size selection.
Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, contact us before you buy and we'll help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a replacement:
We will review your request and send a replacement once the issue is confirmed. You do not need to return the defective item.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, email hello@vitalwhys.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will send the correct item immediately at no charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be provided (e.g., item is discontinued). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of circumstances:
