Processing Time
All VitalWhys products are printed on demand specifically for you. After you place your order, allow **2–5 business days** for production before your item ships. Production time is not included in the shipping estimates below.
Shipping Times
**United States:** 3–7 business days after production.
**International:** 7–21 business days after production. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system after you receive this email.
Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during peak seasons (November–January). If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us at hello@vitalwhys.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at your expense.
