Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All VitalWhys products are printed on demand. After you place your order, allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–7 business days after production.

International: 7–21 business days after production. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Delays

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays, especially during peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us at support@vitalwhys.com and we'll investigate.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost. We cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
